South Zindra has a hot new gay dance destination, The Underground Club at New Sebastian The club is on a self-contained sim, and has a nice gym, shopping, and residential units. New Sebastian is owned by Dougal Spitz, Rags Flanagan, Mick Lukas, and MikeG Hax. New Sebastian has been a fixture on Second Life for a long time, and it is good to see our new continent attracting these kinds of establishments.
