The Zindra Real Estate Price Crash- Plummeting Prices and More Land Planned.

Real Estate Prices in Zindra have plummeted in the past 30 days. One month ago, prices close to $6 linden per square meter seemed to be the lowest prices available. Some properties in auction went for less.

A check of real estate in search today shows the plummet of about 50%. for listed sales.

On the low end, close to $3.00 a meter, small lots can be had. This is not that different than mainland prices.  Some larger plots can be found in this price range - not on roads, and not on waterfront.

At the mid price range, of 4-5  linden $ a square meter, more larger sized parcels and some "waterfronts" (be careful, a waterfront buy can have a bad view if your neighbor puts up ugly builds and signs) and be had.

Here is the most expensive land in Zindra ON A SQUARE METER BASIS below.

Unless it is double primmed, which really needs to be priced at double the regular rate if in a central area as in Zindra, anything over $15 linden a square meter does not seem rational with current prices. At at that price, it needs to be a superb plot with a great view.

There are 33 new sims that are not open and are ready to be sold in auction where prices are even cheaper.

Editor's Opinion- Parcels on the 33 New Sims must not be auctioned by Linden Labs until prices stabilize.

It is this editors opinion (and not necessarily the opinion of the staff or ownership of the Zindra Times) that Linden Lab's lack of proper enforcement of adult content visa-vi the new viewers, content enforcement in general, and lack of proper coordination concerning this matter with the business associations and other groups  in Zindra is at primary fault for this property price crash. Auctions have not helped either, they have glutted the market with real estate when more and more current and potential Zindrans are looking at private estates.

This editor calls on Linden Labs to make all necessary moves to stop this real estate crash from escalating.  Sales of the 33 new sims must be put on hold in auction until prices stabilize.  The Zindra pioneers who spent large sums moving here in the third quarter deserve better.  This editor reminds our readers that this publication is independently owned and independent of any group in Second Life.

Too early to say.

It was overpriced for sure, so it may be a stabilization.

We need to find the secret that keeps that shit land in Bay City so overpriced.

If I had a product to sell (and I do not) I would sell it in Zindra - not Bay City.
