Is Zindra Becomng a Ghetto?

In Life in the Metaverse, ArianeB makes the point that it may be (as one of two possible scenarios) becoming a ghetto with unattractive builds and second-rate adult businesses as the better ones move to estates.  I think this is a negative view, there are many attractive businesses in Zindra, and, with time and coordination, the adult continent will be more appealing and more widely known.
